Initial Diagnostic Intake Session

Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation Session (90791): Initial diagnostic interview exam that does not include any medical services. Includes a chief complaint, history of present illness, family and psychosocial history, and complete mental status examination. (90 minutes)


Individual Psychotherapy

Individual Therapy Session (90834); Individual psychotherapy, 45 minutes, with Patient and/or family member. Time: 45 minutes (functionally between 38 and 52 minutes).


Relational Therapy Session

Relational/Couples/Family Psychotherapy Session (90847 — Family psychotherapy (conjoint with patient present), 90 minutes)

Erin is pre-licensed marriage and family therapist supervised by Tonya Robbins, LMFT (TN #1368) at Wellness and Relational Institute. She graduated from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2017 with a B.S. in Public Relations and is now pursuing a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Lipscomb University.

She believes that everyone needs therapy at some point in their life. The journey to being her best self started with a scary phone call asking for help. Now she wants to bring the same transformational and empowering growth to anyone that wants it. Erin believes that mental health and healing are possible and would be honored to walk with you toward it.

Erin is an inclusive, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed therapist. She integrates systemic, IFS, CBT, and EFT into her work with her clients. She is particularly interested in working with adult children of parents who struggle with substance abuse, with anyone who is wanting to process religious trauma, and anyone wanting to feel less anxious in their daily life.

In her spare time, Erin enjoys Tennessee Volunteers football, reading any fantasy novel that is currently popular on TikTok, spending time with her close friends and family, and cuddling with her 16 lb. cat, Onyx.

Hannah R. Pollok, TLMFT is a psychotherapist for individuals and couples at Wellness and Relational Institute. Among her many areas of clinical interest, her specialties are working with teens, women of all ages, and queer folx in the LGBTQ+ community. Hannah is particularly interested in helping those who have been diagnosed with, or suspect they may have, Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), a disorder she has herself, as well as other premenstrual and hormone-related disorders. Other issues Hannah works with include anxiety, depression, neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder), trauma, relationship issues, codependency, grief, and life transitions.

​Hannah believes therapy is an essential part of personal growth, mental health management, reaching client goals, and healing trauma. For whatever her clients may be seeking, she is honored to walk alongside them by offering inclusive, empathetic therapy services. Hannah’s affirming, culturally sensitive, and systemic approach integrates narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy, expressive arts, The Gottman Method, and experiential therapies. She is currently working toward licensure under the supervision of Tonya Robbins, LMFT, MBA (TN1368).

Keisha Zulfer is a master’s level therapy Intern at Wellness and Relational Institute. She graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a bachelor’s in science with a psychology minor. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy at Lipscomb University.

Keisha has dedicated her life to empowering others and inspiring her community for change. She knows firsthand that making the decision to begin therapy is the biggest leap in the step toward growth. Keisha is culturally sensitive, inclusive, and trauma informed. She is committed to making a safe space leading with compassion, curiosity, and creativity to guide clients toward healthier dynamics with family, loved ones, and their true self.

Her therapeutic lens is filtered through feminist theory and Bowenian theory (an intergenerational approach to healing) as well as integrating IFS, CBT, and mindfulness. She is interested in working with couples, families, and individuals who have experienced IPV or childhood trauma, individuals or families impacted by substance abuse, as well as individuals who are looking to feel more empowered and less anxious or depressed in their daily life.

When not studying or providing therapy, Keisha enjoys going on hikes with her family, painting, cooking, or gardening.
