Bayley Pharr, MMFT is a psychotherapist providing in-person and virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families in Franklin, Tennessee. She is currently working toward licensure under the supervision of Tonya Robbins, LMFT (TN1368).

​Bayley strives to provide each of her clients a safe and supportive space as they navigate their anxiety, depression, trauma, transitions, and loss. She incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused, Narrative, and Gestalt therapy in order to meet the specific needs of her clients. Additionally, Bayley is trained in Conflict Management and is pursuing becoming a Rule 31 mediator.

In her spare time, Bayley enjoys spending time with family and friends on the lake, reading books, drinking coffee, and playing with her dog, Si.

Tonya Robbins, LMFT, MBA (She/Her/Hers), is an AAMFT Approved Supervisor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Clinical Fellow Member of the American Association of Marriage & Family Therapy (AAMFT and TNAMFT), Founder and Clinical Director of Wellness & Relational Institute, PLLC.

Tonya serves individuals and those in relationships in their journey toward self-discovery, self-acceptance, development or betterment of relationships, and healing.

Tonya’s areas of specialization include sex therapy (relational and individual), full relational spectrum, women’s issues, and complex trauma.

Rooted in Feminist Theory, Tonya’s holistic approach incorporates mind, body, and spirit with evidence-based practice, offering affirming, culturally competent therapy and is sensitive to the unique needs of each client, regardless of the issues bringing them to therapy.
