Initial Diagnostic Intake Session

Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation Session (90791): Initial diagnostic interview exam that does not include any medical services. Includes a chief complaint, history of present illness, family and psychosocial history, and complete mental status examination. (90 minutes)


Individual Psychotherapy

Individual Therapy Session (90834); Individual psychotherapy, 45 minutes, with Patient and/or family member. Time: 45 minutes (functionally between 38 and 52 minutes).


Relational Therapy Session

Relational/Couples/Family Psychotherapy Session (90847 — Family psychotherapy (conjoint with patient present), 90 minutes)


Individual/Dyadic MFT Licensure Supervision

Individual Supervision is defined as 2 or fewer participants (dyadic (2 participants) can be considered Individual Supervision). Rate for Individual/Dyadic Supervision is $100 per clinical hour, with a minimum of 2 participants for any time over 1 clinical hour.


Group MFT Licensure Supervision

Group Supervision is defined as 8 or fewer participants (but more than 2). Rate for Group Supervision is $35 per clinical hour, per participant.

Bayley Pharr, MMFT is a psychotherapist providing in-person and virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families in Franklin, Tennessee. She is currently working toward licensure under the supervision of Tonya Robbins, LMFT (TN1368).

​Bayley strives to provide each of her clients a safe and supportive space as they navigate their anxiety, depression, trauma, transitions, and loss. She incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused, Narrative, and Gestalt therapy in order to meet the specific needs of her clients. Additionally, Bayley is trained in Conflict Management and is pursuing becoming a Rule 31 mediator.

In her spare time, Bayley enjoys spending time with family and friends on the lake, reading books, drinking coffee, and playing with her dog, Si.

Tonya Robbins, LMFT, MBA (She/Her/Hers), is an AAMFT Approved Supervisor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Clinical Fellow Member of the American Association of Marriage & Family Therapy (AAMFT and TNAMFT), Founder and Clinical Director of Wellness & Relational Institute, PLLC.

Tonya serves individuals and those in relationships in their journey toward self-discovery, self-acceptance, development or betterment of relationships, and healing.
